Servicing of a customer's computer on-site will be carried out promptly and courteously without delays, where possible within 48 hrs of notification for service.

Albury Computing Services offers 24 hours a day service for those that require assistance outside of regular business hours (currently 10.30 am to 4.30 pm). On-Site Services between the hours of 4.30 pm to 10.30 am will incur a surcharge of just $20.00 per hour. This is a great offer for shift workers, or those that just can't wait to get back to work when trouble arises.
